    We ship to everywhere worldwide except Turkey, as unfortunately, Turkey have placed a ban on the import of cosmetics products.

     

    How much will it cost to deliver my products?

      UK Delivery - 2nd Class From £2.85 (FREE on £15+ UK orders)
      UK Delivery - 1st Class From £5.50
      UK Delivery - 2nd Class Signed For From £3.95
      UK Delivery - 1st Class Signed For From £6.60

      International Delivery

      Our UK 'from' prices are based on a small parcel weighing no more than 2 kilograms.

      Our International Delivery costs are based on the weight of parcel and destination - this will be calculated during your checkout process.

       

      When will my order be processed?

      Orders placed before 9:00am Monday-Friday are processed the same day, orders placed after 9:00am are processed the next working day.

      Please note, a working day is classed as Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

      How long will it take for my order to arrive?

        UK Delivery - 1st Class 1 - 2  working days
        International Delivery (Europe) 5 - 7  working days
        International Delivery (Rest of World) 5 - 15 working days

         

        UK Delivery
        Orders to a UK based address are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery timescales can be found in the above table. Unfortunately, unforeseen problems such as postal strikes and weather conditions can affect the delivery time and therefore we advise recipients to allow 15 days for UK orders in this instance.


        International Delivery
        Orders to an International address are sent via Royal Mail. When items are sent abroad, the actual delivery of your items will be the responsibility of the postal service of the country of destination.

        Please note that your mail may be delayed by customs.

        What do I do if my order has not arrived within the time advised?
        UK Orders - We always try to ensure that your order is delivered on time, however, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control such as postal strikes. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days - please get in touch here.

        International Orders - We always try to ensure that your order is delivered on time, however, sometimes it can be delayed by factors beyond our control such as customs. If you order has not arrived after 30 working days - please get in touch here.


        In accordance with our terms and conditions, MeMeMe Cosmetics does not accept any responsibility for international orders once the parcel leaves the UK and any customs charges and/or other charges you may incur.

        If you choose Standard International Delivery there is no guarantee of delivery and no way to trace the progress of your order - we always advise international customers to use our tracked service.

        What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
        When preparing your order for dispatch we always do what we can to ensure that your order is safely packaged, if you find any of your order is damaged on delivery - please contact us here within seven days of delivery quoting your email address, order number and damaged item(s).

        What should I do if items are missing from my order?
        When preparing your order for dispatch we always double check orders before posting to ensure all items are picked and packed. If for some reason you find your order is missing an item(s) on delivery - please get in touch with us here within seven days of delivery quoting your email address, order number and missing item(s).
