Q. Are MeMeMe products tested on animals?
We are pleased to inform you that neither MeMeMe nor any third party acting on our behalf has ever conducted any animal testing.

Q. How can I check if I am allergic to your products?
We work with some of the world’s leading cosmetologists to develop our products. You can view the product ingredients list on the product page, just click the ingredients tab.

Q. Where can I find the ingredients for MeMeMe products?
Our product ingredients can be found on the product pages using the ingredients tab.

 

Q. Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Many of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, you can see what's suitable under our ingredients tab on each product page where it will state if it is suitable. Alternatively you can search 'vegan' or 'vegetarian' in the search bar which will return suitable products.

Q. Do MeMeMe send out free samples?
Unfortunately we are not able to send out free samples on request.

Q.  Do you deliver internationally?
MeMeMe currently delivers to most countries within the EU, and the USA. Delivery time does vary dependent on your location, please refer here for further details on delivery terms and delivery times. Please note, certain countries MeMeMe does not deliver to, however please check here to view our stockists as there may be a shopping outlet closer to home!


 

General Order Inquiries

 

Q. Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone. However we are more than happy to talk customers through the online purchasing process. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. When will my order dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank-holidays). UK mainland orders received by 9am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. We always ensure parcels are dispatched to the address given. However, as part of our terms and conditions, we will not be liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of incorrect data entry by you at the point of purchase.

Q. How will I know my order is being processed?
Once an order has been placed you will receive an email thanking you for your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email so you know it is on its way to you!

Q. I am having problems entering promotional codes.
If you are unsure on how to implement any discount codes or do not understand any promotional offers, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the MeMeMe Team here.

Q. What happens if I forget my password?
Don't worry – not everyone can remember every password they have! To regain access to your account simply click on the "Forgotten my password" link and fill in your email address to be sent a new password.

 

Payment

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment using the following credit or debit cards: VISA, VISA Delta, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro American Express and Solo. When you place your order online, further to payment clearance, you will receive your products via post to the delivery address given. All postage and packaging charges for delivery are charged per order, not per item. Important information: For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Q. Are credit/debit card transactions safe on our site?
At MeMeMe the security of your transactions and personal information is our priority. Because Internet security is so important to mememecosmetics.com and our customers, our online shop uses the PayPal payment Gateway facility provided by sagepay. We do not therefore store records of credit/debit card details as all transactions are processed by the secure systems at PayPal. MeMeMe will never ask for your MeMeMe account password or your bank account details by email. MeMeMe will never ask for your credit/debit card four-digit security PIN under any circumstances.
